You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement or the payment of the price you have paid within 14 days from the date of the order, without giving any reason for the return. Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. We must refund the money within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. However, we may delay the refund if we do not receive the goods or proof of return.
